Cats & Corpses: Exclusively on the Fandible Notebook!

It’s that time of year again: Spooky Season! And here at Fandible we’re celebrating it with the release of our latest entry into the Fandible Notebook. Cats & Corpses: A solo RPG about post-mortem petting, written by yours truly, and made infinitely better by Angela’s editing skills and Billy’s layout and design talents, is now officially available to all our Patreon supporters at the $5 or higher level. So what’s the game about? How about we let the game itself tell you, in this little sneak preview:

Page from Cats & Corpses explaining the nature of the game.

Cats & Corpses is a solo journaling RPG where you will use cards to perform Hauntings to take care of your cat from beyond the grave, and, if you’re lucky, maybe figure out why you died. Along the way, the cards will present prompts with which to build your own tale of ghostly shenanigans and feline hijinks. I’m quite proud of this little game, and I sincerely hope you all will enjoy it too.

And if you’d like a full copy of your own, the only way to get one is to become a Fandible Patreon supporter, at the $5 or higher level. What better way to spend the spookiest month of all than by being a ghost and ghost-cuddling your cat? But that’s not all! When you back us at the $5 level, you’ll also immediately receive access to all our previous Notebook entries, including my two previous games, the now-classic 3 Goblins in a Trenchcoat, and the Revolutionary War expansion, 3 If By Trenchcoat. You’ll get Jesus’ nostalgic and playful game based on all those classic Saturday Morning cartoons, We Are The Cartoon Heroes. You’ll even get our original game supplements, such as David’s Unhallowed Metropolis supplement, Ireland’s Blight, or his Shadowrun supplement based on our Saints of Suffering campaign, All Saints Hospital. There’s also Billy’s supplements for Star Wars, Doctors Without Sectors, or his superheroic teen setting, Welcome to Belmont High. You’ll even get Angela’s original full scenario for End of the World, ‘Twas The Fright Before Christmas, and her system-agnostic Purge Random Encounter Tables! That’s a ridiculous amount of gaming content, including settings, supplements, adventures, and full games! And if you stick with us, there’s even more goodness on the way, because we’re crazy like that.

So, what are you waiting for? Come get your games, and so much more.

Your cat is waiting.

About the Author
Born in the freezing heart of upstate New York, raised in the searing heat of the Caribbean, then mellowed for several years in a fine oak barrel until he reached a perfect balance of snark and zen, Daniel is Fandible’s resident tech expert. Graduating at the top of his class in high school, and accepted to an Ivy League university, he instead chose to run away with the circus, where he learned valuable life lessons, and grew to hate clowns. He then travelled the globe for years in search of the six-fingered man, only to find the power was inside him all along. These days, he surrounds himself with glowing screens and wearable technology in an attempt to summon forth the Singularity by way of cargo cult. He is a Leo, and his favorite color cannot be seen by any but the pure of heart.
